چکیده
Ecophysiological characteristics of "Ahmadaghaii" "Ohadi" "Kallehghuchi" cultivars (as scions) on four pistachio rootstocks (Pistacia vera Cv. Badami riz, P. vera Cv. Sarakhs, P. atlantica sub sp. Mutica, P. atlantica sub sp. Atlantica) were evaluated during the spring and summer seasons of 2005 in the Iran's Pistachio Research Institute (IPRI). Ecophysiological characteristics such as photosynthesis rate (Pn) in leaf surface (μmol ms), stomatal conductance (gs), transpiration rate (E), leaf internal CO2 concentration (Ci) and leaf temperature (C) were measured in the 6 stages of nut growth and development. Results indicated that rate of photosynthesis, stomatal conductance and transpiration increased until second stage of nut growth and development and then decreased until harvesting stage. Negative correlation was found between photosynthesis and leaves internal CO2 pressure. The highest rate of photosynthesis (16.59 μmol ms), stomatal conductance (0.456 mol m s) and transpiration rate (6.357 mmol ms), were found in Sarakhs rootstock and the lowest (P < 0.01) was measured in Mutica. In addition, three indexes (Pn, gs, E) decreased within Sarakhs, Atlantica, Badami riz and Mutica rootstocks, respectively.

A research was conducted at Pistachio Research Institute in Rafsanjan, Iran, to evaluate the effects of P. vera L. ‘Badami’, P. vera L. ‘Sarakhs’ and P. mutica F and M. ‘Beneh’ rootstocks on mineral content of leaves and kernels of ‘Owhadi’, ‘Kalleh-ghuchi’ and ‘Ahamd-aghaii’ pistachio scion cultivars. Twenty year old trees of these combinations were used during study over 2003 and 2004. Leaves...
متن کاملThe Evaluation of Three Commercial Pistachio Cultivars on UCB1-hybride Rootstock under Field Conditions
Pistachio is the most important nut that is produced in Iran. Little research has been done to examine the effect of UCB1-hybride rootstock plants as tissue culture for pistachios (2011 in Toba company). This study aims to evaluate three pistachio varieties on UCB1 hybrid rootstock. The experiment was conducted as a randomized complete block design with three treatment groups (including Ohadi, ...

Micrografting can be used to produce healthy seedlings, assess scion-rootstock compatibility and promote precocity. The first objective of this project was to study the impacts of in vitro micropropagation of four major Iranian pistachio cultivars, namely ‘Ahmad Aghaei’, ‘Akbari’, ‘Badami Sefid’ and ‘Kalle Ghochi’ in two different medium Murashige and Skoog (MS) and Driver and Kuniyuki...

The pistachio green stink-bug, Brachynema germari Kolenati (Hem.: Pentatomidae), is an important pest of pistachio in Iran. In this research, the effects of four commercial pistachio cultivars that are commonly grown in Iran including Kaleghochi, Ahmadaghaii, Ohadi and Akbari were evaluated on the biology (developmental time, mortality rate, longevity) and demographic parameters of <em...
